- LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

Any conflict or divergence of interpretation shall be submitted to the territorially competent court. If the User resides outside Portugal, it is hereby agreed that the Portuguese Courts, namely the Lisbon District Court (Tribunal da Comarca de Lisboa), shall have jurisdiction.
